17 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows how to create an invoice for a match that no longer appears in the postgame workflow area.

2. To start, click Matches

3. Find the relevant match and click on the magnifying glass.

4. Click Assignments to focus on who was assigned to this match.

5. We can see that there is no invoice for this assignment.

6. Click the magnifying glass to open the assignment.

7. For this example, utilization was completed for this official.

8. If utilization has not been completed, click Edit Utilization. Utilization must be completed before an invoice can be created.

9. When utilization is complete, click Create Invoice

10. Confirm this action by clicking Create Invoice again.

11. The invoice has now been created in NEW status.

12. Click the magnifying glass to release it to the Payor Portal or mark it as paid through another method.

13. If any other line items are needed, add them here.

14. To edit the invoice description or mark it as paid at the field, by check, or elsewhere, click the relevant button.

15. To release this invoice to the Payor Portal for the named payor, click Release Invoice To Payor.

16. The newly created invoice has now been released to the Payor Portal, where it can be batched and processed using Ref Insight Pay, powered by Routable.
