38 STEPS
1. Welcome to Part 4 of the 4-part series on Referee Ratings. In this tutorial, we review how the ratings for individuals, match roles, and Schedules of a Competition are used within the Assigning Workspace.

2. Click on Assignor Workflow.

3. Click Assigning Workspace

4. First, display the column that contains the ratings we set up for our Competition's schedules on the Matches side of the page.
Click Columns.

5. Click Match Rating

6. Click Apply Changes

7. The Ratings Summary column is now displayed, showing the rating we set for each match role within the Schedules of our Competition.

8. Next, display the ratings column on the Officials side of the page.
Click Columns.

9. Click Ratings

10. Click Apply Settings

11. The Ratings we set for each official for each match role is now displayed.

12. The Ratings columns are informational only, meaning no assigning rule is associated with these ratings.
Assignors have the option to assign officials with ratings that are the same, higher, or lower than what the summary indicates.

13. While there are sorting and some filtering options for the Ratings column, we are more interested in the rating for each official when assigning a specific match role.
Display the Role Rating column for this information.
Click Columns.

14. Click Role Rating

15. Click Apply Settings

16. Filter and sort this column as needed.
Click Role Rating.

17. Click the down arrow to Sort Descending -- highest to lowest.
To Sort Ascending -- lowest to highest -- click the up arrow.

18. For more flexible filtering options, click Actions

19. Click Filter

20. Click the dropdown under Column

21. Select Role Rating

22. Click the dropdown under Operator

23. There are several options here, including greater than or less than a specific rating, between two ratings, or other options.
For this example, we will use greater than or equal to a specific rating.

24. Click the arrow under Expression to see the list of values you can choose from.

25. For this example, we will choose ratings that are greater than or equal to 11 for the position we are currently assigning -- the Referee position.

26. Click Apply

27. Make your assignments as usual, using either the green arrow or Drag & Drop.

28. Let's now assign the AR1 position.

29. Change the Role Rating filter if you wish.

30. Click List of values

31. Let's set this rating to greater than or equal to 10.

32. Click Apply

33. Click Role Rating to change the sort order.

34. Click Sort Ascending

35. If you are assigning across different competitions, click Competition to filter for a specific one.

36. For this example, we will change to Lakeville Fathers Day Cup

37. Note the different ratings set for this youth competition. If a schedule does not have any ratings, the summary column will state "no rating".
