42 STEPS

1. This tutorial is for Administrators and reviews new items and convenience features in the Account Stats and Removed Users pages.

2. The account stats page is often used when full-access administrators are deciding who to disassociate from their accounts to keep their directory up to date.

New features on the Removed Users page allow you to restore removed users in bulk.

3. To access the Account Stats page, click the arrow next to Reports to expand the dropdown.

4. Click Account Stats

5. Click Assigned by Official to filter for referees who meet your criteria for being disassociated from your account.

Referees who have not activated their accounts, have no past or future assignments, and no referee license may be examples.

6. New columns have been added to help filter for referees who meet your criteria. This tutorial reviews various options, but you can choose your own criteria.

Click Actions

7. Click Columns

8. U.S. Soccer-related expiration dates for Background, Safesport, and Referee License have been added as new columns.

Double Click the items helpful to you to move them to the right side of the shuttle and display them in the report.

9. To move these items to the left of the report, click the Up arrow.

10. To move items towards the right, click the Down arrow.

11. These columns are now available for this report, and may be relevant as you set your criteria for who should be disassociated from your account.

12. Click Apply when finished selecting and sorting the columns you want to display.

13. Users have different access types, such as Referee, Observer, Assignor, Regular Access, or Full Access. The report has a default filter for the Access Type of Referee, but you can change it to whatever is relevant for you.

14. Click on any column to filter or sort it.

For this example, we will filter our list to those who have zero Assignments in the Year To Date -- from January 1st of this year to today's date.

15. Let's Edit our current Filter to find referees who were not added to the account recently.

16. For this example, we are filtering for Referees who were added to the account before January 1st, 2026. Adjust the Operator and date as you like.

Click Apply when finished.

17. Click Admin Access to see if anyone on the list is an account administrator in addition to being a Referee.

We can see there are no account admins in our list.

18. Click Future Assignments to see if anyone on our list has future assignments.

We can see no one on our list has any future assignments.

19. Click Referee License Current to filter on this item.

20. Some of the users on our list have a current referee license.

For our example, let's exclude those who have a current referee license. Click No to filter our list and include only those users who also have no current referee license.

21. If you want to see all Access Types who meet all of your other criteria, uncheck the box next to the Referee Access Type to display them.

22. If any U.S. Soccer-related items are relevant, expiration dates for users who have a current Referee License, Background, or SafeSport are displayed here.

If the cell is empty, the user does not have a valid license or certification for that item.

23. Once you have set your criteria and are satisfied with your list, select all by clicking the top checkbox.

To ensure all rows are displayed, remember to set the Rows shortcut to All.

24. Click Disassociate Selected Officials when ready and confirm that action in the popup window.

25. Click Main Navigation to expand the menu.

26. Now let's go to the Removed Users report to explore new columns and features that have been added.

The Removed Users page is where the users you disassociated are displayed.

Click the arrow next to Settings to expand the dropdown.

27. Click Removed Users

28. A new default column showing Assignments Year-To-Date has been added to the report. It can be sorted and filtered.

29. Click Actions to expand the dropdown.

30. Click Columns to see and add the new columns to this report.

31. If the checkbox column is not displayed, Double Click the input type checkbox item to move it to the right side of the shuttle.

32. Click Top to move this item to the far left of the report.

33. Click Move All to move all the columns into the report.

Access type, total assignments, first and last assignments, last login, and U.S. Soccer-related license and certification expiration dates are some of the new columns added.

34. Order the columns using the Up and Down arrows and click Apply when finished.

35. Let's filter for people who have been removed but had a specific number of assignments during the current calendar year.

You can also use Actions/Filter for more complex filtering, such as greater than 0 assignments.

36. To restore a specific user to the Directory after reviewing their details, click the plus sign next to their name.

37. To select everyone on your filtered list, click the top checkbox and then click the Restore Selected button at the top right of the page.

38. For this next example, we will filter our list for those who were recently disassociated.

39. Our Disassociated On filter has been set to display those who were disassociated within the last month.

40. You can either click the plus sign to restore a specific user, or select multiple users to restore.

41. Your other option is to select all using the top checkbox. This option is helpful if you disassociated multiple users by mistake.

Click Restore Selected when finished.

42. Thank you for watching the tutorial on new columns added to the Account Stats - Assigned by Official and Removed Users pages, and on the new bulk restore feature under Removed Users.
