1. This tutorial will show you how to Create a Pool, Add and Remove People to, or from the pool, and how to Add More People to an existing Pool.
To start, click Settings
2. Click Pools
3. Click Create
4. Click inside the Pool Name field
5. Type in the Pool Name and Click inside the Description field if you want to add a description.

6. Type in a Description if you wish.

7. Click Create
8. Click Edit Pool if you need to change the name or description, or to add a Pool Type to help you organize your pools.
9. In this example, we will add a Pool Type.
Click the arrow within Pool Type to expand the dropdown list.
10. Click on the pool type that describes your pool from the dropdown list.
In this example, we will choose Custom/Other.
11. If you want this pool to be visible to other assignors and administrators, move the Public toggle to the right.
The default setting is for the pool to be private.
12. Click Apply Changes when done.
13. Now we will add people to this pool.
Click Add People
14. Note there may only be a limited number of rows displaying on this page. If we plan on using the "Select All" toggle, we should display all rows now.
To display all rows, click Actions
15. Click Format, then Rows Per Page, then All
16. If you want to filter the people who are listed here, there are several options.
Not all options are displayed by default. To see more options, click Actions, then Columns.
17. The columns displayed in the report are on the right. The columns available but not displayed are on the left.
To have a column display, double click the item or click the > sign to shuttle it from the left side to the right side.
18. As an example, Double Click Pools
19. Click the Up arrow if you want to move this column to the left side of the report.

22. Click Apply when you have set your display how you prefer.
23. To select individuals, check the box next to the person's name.

27. You also have the option to Select All the people being displayed on this page by moving the Select All toggle to the right.
In this example, we will only select a few people for now, then come back later to add more people.
28. After making your selections, click Save Selected People.
This action will move the selected people from the right side of the page to the left.
29. We selected 12 people. You can remove someone at this stage by clicking on the garbage can next to their name.
When finished, click Save Changes
30. Your selections now show in the Members area.
31. Our new Pool is now in our master list of Pools.
We can come back to this Pool at a later time to add additional people.
Click the magnifying glass next to the pool name.
32. Click Add People
33. Recall from earlier in the tutorial that you can click Actions to add, remove, sort, and filter columns on this report, or to display all rows on the page.
34. This time, we will Select All people shown on this page by moving the toggle to the right.
35. Click Save Selected People to add them to the left side of the page.
36. Click Save Changes
37. Your Members list is now updated.
38. Additional tips:
You can remove someone from the Pool quickly by clicking the Edit icon next to their name.
39. Click Delete in the pop-up window.
40. Click OK to confirm the Delete action.
41. To see a person's profile page from here, click on their last name. Note the orange color, which indicates it can be clicked and bring you to a page with more information.
