Send a Broadcast Message to all users in the account (full-access admins)

10 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows full-access administrators how to send a broadcast message to all users in their account.

2. To start, click the arrow next to Messaging to expand the dropdown menu.

3. Click Broadcast Message

4. Add your Email Subject line.

5. Add in the subject line for the Push Notification.

6. Write your email here and use the formatting tools above as needed.

7. To add a link to a document, video, or website, click the link button.

8. Insert the URL, the text to display, and the Title. You can choose to have the link opened in the current window or a new window.

Click Save when finished.

9. Click Send when ready.

10. To see a History of your broadcast messages, click the arrow next to the History region.
