16 STEPS
1. In this tutorial, you will learn how to send a message to officials from your list of match assignments.
From the main menu, click the arrow next to Messaging. This will expand the menu and show several options.
2. Next, click on Message Center
3. Click New Message to begin drafting a new message.
4. Select the Bulk Message option. This means the system will generate a separate outgoing email for each recipient that you add.
5. In the Recipient section click Add Officials. This will take you to a page where you can select which officials to include.
6. You should see a list of officials for assignments.
You can filter the list of officials by clicking the column headers at the top of the report. In this example, I'm filtering on Competitions.
You can also apply a date filter at the top.
7. Click Girls Academy. This will filter out all of the other competitions from the list.
8. You can filter by role to only see officials that are in a specific role.
9. Click Referee
10. Use the checkboxes to select officials.

14. Click Add Selected Recipients to add the selected officials to the recipient list.
15. Notice that you now have a list of recipients.
16. Click Cancel when you are done adding recipients for this message.
You will be directed back to the message where you can add a Subject and Body to the email.
