Check Account Activation -- "Profile Found but Activation not Completed"

1. The first step is to open the Ref Insight Officials Portal and Click Activate My Account

2. Enter your Last Name

3. Enter the Email Address you use in the US Soccer Learning Center. This is the email address Ref Insight uses to send your activation link.

4. Click Search

5. If your Profile was found but you have not activated your account yet, it will indicate that under the Profile Found / Activation Needed banner. Click Send an Activation Email to have an activation link sent to your email address again.

6. The green banner confirms an Activation Email has been sent. Once you receive the email, click the link in the email for next steps in Activating your Account.
