Request a new user for the Payor Portal

6 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows how users in the Payor Portal can request a new user.

2. If you have access to more than one payor portal account, select it from the dropdown.

3. To add a new user to this payor portal account, click Users.

A list of current users is displayed at the top of the page.

4. Click the arrow next to Request Additional Users to expand the dropdown.

5. Fill in the form and click Request New User.

The request will generate a support ticket that will be reviewed by Ref Insight administrators. Once approved, the new user will be added to the portal and the user will receive an invitation to log in.
