35 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows Match Report items that can be directly edited by a full-access Admin, a Competition Admin or a Competition Owner. These edits can be done on behalf of an official.
2. This tutorial also shows the new layout for Match & Incident Reports that make it more convenient to save or print an incident report as a PDF file.
3. Match reports can be accessed from several places. Let's use the access point Manage Match Reports for this tutorial. Click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the dropdown list.
4. Click the arrow next to Tools to expand the dropdown.
5. Click Manage Match Reports
6. Collapse the left-side menu to expand your view.
7. Use the filters on the left for Competition, Schedule, and Start or End Dates to help narrow down the list of matches. Click the magnifying glass next to the relevant match to open it.
8. The layout of this area has been updated. Click on any item to focus on that item. Show All lets you scroll through the items on this page.
9. The Rosters area displays photos uploaded by the officials and notes they have added.
10. To make selected edits to a Match Report without the need to send it back to the official, click Match Report.
11. Click Edit
12. You can change the Owner of the match report to someone else on the crew. A common scenario for this action is when the referee was replaced by another crew member and the new person needs to own and submit the match report.
13. The official's submission of the Match Status can be edited on behalf of the official. Note that changing the Match Status here is not a substitute for updating the Match Status in the Wrap-Up & Utilization step of the post-match workflow.
14. If a correction is needed, choose the match status from the dropdown list.
15. The Home Team Score can be edited on behalf of the official.
16. The Away Team Score can be edited on behalf of the official.
17. If the Crew Verified toggle is incorrect, you can make this correction.
18. For example, you can turn it on if it was accidentally left off.
19. If there was a crew adjustment, turn off the toggle and document any crew adjustments in the Crew Adjustment notes section.
20. Update the Match Report Status if needed.
21. Choose a status from the dropdown list. You can put it back to in progress if more extensive edits are needed from the official, leave it in submitted status to approve later, or approve it now.
22. Click Apply Changes when finished.
23. The edits made are now displayed. In this example, we see the edited score, crew adjustment toggle turned off, and crew adjustment note.
24. The new layout lets you more easily save and print a PDF of an incident report. For this example, we will save a PDF of a Send Off incident report. Click Send Off to focus on it.
25. Click the magnifying glass next to this report to open it.
26. The report is displayed with its items and the description.
27. Scroll to the top of the page before you save the report as a PDF.
On your keyboard, use Ctrl-P for a PC or Cmnd-P for a Mac to open the print dialogue box.
28. Select Save as PDF as your Destination.
29. Click Save
30. Choose the location to save this file. For this example, we will save it to Desktop.
