Add a Photo to a User's Profile

1. This tutorial shows how to add a photo to a user's profile.

Currently, only full-access admins can add photos to a profile. In the future, officials will be able to add their own photo, subject to admin approval.

2. Click Directory

3. Click the magnifying glass next to the person to add a photo to.

4. In the Profile region selector, click Photos.

5. Click Add

6. You can either drag-and-drop a photo file in the image uploader, or browse files and select from the location your photos are stored.

In this example, we will browse files and select it.

7. Select the relevant file.

8. Click Open

9. A preview of the image is shown. Click Upload 1 file.

Click Cancel if you need to select a different file.

10. The image will be encoded within a few seconds and will display Upload complete when finished.

Click Done to finish.

11. To edit any items or delete an existing photo, click the edit icon.

12. Let's indicate this photo is the user's primary photo by clicking the Yes radio button.

Add a description if you like.

13. If you need to delete this photo, click Delete.

14. Otherwise, click Apply Changes when finished.

15. The user's photo is now part of their profile.
