23 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows how to apply the Pool Builder to members of a pool that were added manually.
To start, go to Pools.

2. For this example, we will return to the Referee Coaches pool in the Michigan account.
Click the magnifying glass next to the Pool.

3. Click Manage Member/Builder Association

4. When we initially ran the builder, it found users who met the criteria of having a Referee Coach or National Referee Coach license and added them to the pool.
Displaying the Pool Builder column shows who is being considered by the bot.

5. However, members of this pool were previously added manually, so were already members of the pool.
To have the bot consider these people the next time it runs, such as for flags, we need to add these people to the builder recently created.

6. Click Select a Pool Builder

7. Click Referee Coaches, which is the builder we previously set up and ran for this pool.

8. You can see that some members were added through the Pool Builder, while others were not.
If you include these members in your selection and select a different pool builder, they will be moved to that new builder.

9. If the selected pool builder is the same as the one they currently have, it will update to the latest version of that Builder.

10. To select only the people who are not managed by a pool builder, let's set a filter first.
Click Actions.

11. Click Filter

12. Click Column

13. Click Pool Builder

14. Click Operator

15. Click is null

16. Click Apply

17. We are now displaying only those people who do not have any builder attached to them.

18. Click the checkbox in the top row to Select All.

19. Click Move Selected Members to Builder

20. Click Move Selected Members to Builder again to confirm this action.

21. Click Remove Filter

22. All members of this Pool are now being considered by the Ref Coaches Builder. If any of these members no longer meet the criteria of the builder, they will be flagged.

23. Thank you for watching the tutorial on how to apply a builder to manually added Pool members.
Be sure to review the tutorial on creating Pool Builders to automatically add members to your pools who meet your criteria.
