Payor Portal Login and Create Stripe Account

12 STEPS

1. The first step is to open the Ref Insight Payor Portal - Sign In page. Bookmark the sign-in page in your browser for future reference.

2. If you already have Ref Insight credentials into the Assigning Portal, you can log in and access the Payor portal sign-in page from here.

3. Click Payors Portal

4. Enter your email address and password.

If you have credentials to the Assigning Portal, use the same credentials.

5. If you are logging into the Ref Insight platform for the first time, use the credentials provided to you by our Ref Insight support team.

6. Click Sign In

7. Click Stripe in the menu

8. Click Create a Stripe Account. The system will take a few moments while it connects to Stripe. Do not refresh the page while it performs this action.

9. After the platform connects to Stripe, type in the same email address you used to log into Ref Insight.

10. Type in the same password you used to log into Ref Insight.

11. Please note the documents and information you will need to set up your Stripe account as a Payor.

12. Click Log in

After logging in, follow the onboarding steps within Stripe to complete your account setup.
