Payor initial account setup and top up links

This article is for new Payors that have been invited into Ref Insight to pay officials.

By now, you should have received an email containing login information and a URL to access the payor portal.

Payor Portal:

We are currently using Stripe as our payment processor.    The next step for you is to create a "Stripe Express" account.  Once you login to the payor portal, please go to the Stripe tab of the main menu and click Create a Stripe Account.

From there, you will be taken into Stripe's system to complete the setup.  You will be prompted to enter various information about your business.  Once the Stripe Express account is setup, the next step is to "top up" the account with funds for paying officials.

There is a button called "Top Up" on the Stripe page and also on the payor portal home page.
Click the Top Up button to learn more about the various options. 

It can take up to 10 days in total for Stripe to make the funds available for payout.  We realize this process is too slow and are working on alternatives to speed that up in the coming weeks.  Once the top up is complete, payments to officials can be processed.
