This tutorial shows how to complete and match and incident report when a match has not been completed due to weather, venue, field, spectator, or other issues.

1. This tutorial will show how to complete a match and incident report when a Match was not Completed.

To start, click on Match Reports in the menu. It will be accessible at the start time on the day of the match.

2. Click the magnifying glass next to the match.

3. Click Create Match Report

4. Confirm you want to Create the Match Report.

5. Click View Match Report

6. Click Edit Match Report to enter details about the Match.

7. Click Match Status

8. In this example, the match was Suspended. Other options are also available.

9. Click Field Conditions

10. In this example, the field conditions were Good.

11. Click Conduct Of Team Officials

12. In this example, their conduct was Good.

13. Click Conduct Of Crew

14. In this example, their conduct was Excellent.

15. Click Conduct Of Spectators

16. In this example, their conduct was Good.

17. Indicate if the assigned/accepted crew completed the match. Even though the match was suspended, everyone on the crew was present and no changes were made, so we should choose Yes.

18. Enter the Score of the home team at the time the match was suspended.

19. In this example, the home team score was 1.

20. Enter the Score of the away team when the match was suspended.

21. In this example, the score of the away team was 0.

22. Click Save

23. Add a Match Not Completed incident report by clicking on the plus sign.

24. Click Reason

25. In this example, the match was suspended due to a weather related reason.

Other options are due to spectator, venue, field, or other issues.

26. Click When did the Incident Occur

27. In this example, the weather issue occurred during the match.

28. Enter the Period.

29. Enter the Minute

Step 29 image

30. Enter a short description in the Action Taken by Referee text box.

31. Type in a short Description to indicate what occurred and why the match was not completed.

32. Click Save Incident Report when finished.

33. Click Submit

34. Confirm you want to Submit the match and incident report.

35. Confirm the Entire Crew Reviewed the Report by moving the toggle to the right.

36. Click Submit Match Report

37. Confirm one last time you want to Submit the Match Report.

38. The Match Not Completed incident report is now listed in that section.
