10 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows how to edit or delete a blockout on behalf of an official.

2. To start, click on the arrow next to Availability to expand the dropdown.

3. Click Blockouts

4. A master list of all blockouts in the account is displayed. Search for a specific official using the search bar, or use Actions/Filter to search based on a date range or other items.

5. A common use case is to delete blockouts automatically created by the system after an assignment has auto-declined.

6. If the official indicates they are available, the blockout can be deleted and the official will show as available in the assigning workspace.

Click the magnifying glass next to the blockout needing editing or deleting.

7. The blockout details are displayed. Click Edit Blockout.

8. To edit the blockout, make the necessary changes and click Save.

To delete the blockout entirely, click Delete Blockout.

9. The name of the person who deleted the blockout and the date this action was taken is displayed below the old blockout. Click cancel to return to the blockout master list.
