17 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows how to manually add a background check to a person within your Directory.

Only full-access administrators can manually add a background check to a person's profile.

2. This option is useful for U.S. Soccer Option 2 states that use alternative background check companies that have not been uploaded to the U.S. Soccer Learning Center.

To start, click on your account.

3. Click Directory

4. Search for the relevant person in the Directory and click the magnifying glass next to their name.

5. Click USSF Licenses

6. Click Add Background Check

7. Click Issue Date

8. Click the Issue Date of the background check.

9. Click Expiration Date

10. Use the arrows to change the month.

11. Click Year to change the year.

Step 11 image

12. Choose the year from the dropdown list.

13. Click the date for the expiration of the background check.

14. Click How was this Background Check verified?

15. Type how the background check was verified.

16. Click Create

17. The Background Check is now added to the person's profile. Assigning rules will see a valid background check within the assigning workspace.
