1. This tutorial shows how to access Rule Violations that typically require an override from a Full Access admin.

2. To start, click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the dropdown list.

3. Click Reports

4. Click Rule Violations

5. An interactive report is displayed that provides several filtering options to help find the assignment in question.
For this example, we will search for a specific Rule Issue. Click the column heading to see the options.

6. For this example, we will filter for Background Check

7. For this example, we will also filter for name of the official. Click the Name column header.

8. Click inside the Search bar for Name and type in the name of the official.

9. In this example, we will search for Doe, John. Click on the name from the dropdown list.

9b. Click

10. Click the magnifying glass next to the assignment with the rule issue.

11. Under Assigning Rule Issues, you will see the item that requires the override.
Click the magnifying glass to enter the justification for the override.

12. The Justification text box requires a minimum of ten characters.

13. Type in the Justification to Override this Rule Violation and click Save when finished.

13b. Click

14. An audit trail shows relevant information regarding this override.

15. Once all assigning rule issues are resolved, there is an option to Release the Assignment.
The administrator can take this action on behalf of the assignor if they choose.
For this example, we will release the assignment.

16. Confirm this action by clicking Release Assignment.

17. Click Cancel to return to the Rule Violations page.

18. Use the column headers and Actions menu to help find the rule issues that require an override.
