37 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows how Assignors can use the Assignments by Match report to show where they have been involved as an assignor. This information can be used to assist with billing for assigning fees.
2. From the homepage, click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the item.
3. Click the arrow next to Reports to expand the item.
4. Click Assignments by Match.
5. Use the date filters at the top of the page to capture the time frame of the relevant matches. More specific date filtering can be done using the Filter function in the interactive menu.
6. To display the Assignors column in this report, first click Actions.
7. Click Columns
8. The left side of the shuttle shows items available but not currently displayed. Double-click on Assignors to shuttle it to the right side.
9. Alternatively, click on Assignors and then click the middle arrow to shuttle it to the right side. Tailor your report to display the items needed and hide the items not needed by using the middle arrows.
10. Use the arrows on the right side to display this column where it is most convenient for you. Click Apply when finished.
11. To display only those matches where you are involved as an assignor, move the Only Games I Assigned toggle to the right.
12. The Assignments column shows how many assignments were part of this match. The Assignors column shows the name of the assignor, the count of their assignments for this match, and the roles that were assigned.
13. Use the interactive menu to organize the matches as needed. We will look at some examples now. Click Actions to expand the interactive menu.
14. To sort the report based on the column headings, click Data and Sort.
15. Click on the dropdown menu to change the column the report is sorted on.
16. For this example, we will sort the report on the Competition.
17. Click Apply.
18. The report is now sorted alphabetically by Competition.
19. Alternatively, we can add a Control Break so all the matches within the Competition are grouped together. To add a Control Break, click Actions.
20. Click Format, then click Control Break.
21. Click the dropdown in the first row to choose the Column for the Control Break.
22. In this example, we will use Competition.
23. Click Apply.
24. The Control break item is shown above the report. The name of the Competition is displayed as the Control Break header and the matches within are grouped below it.
25. A Control Break can include multiple items. In this next example, we will add the Home team as a secondary control break to the Competition.
Click Actions.
26. Click Format, then Control Break.
27. Note that Competition is still the first item. Click the dropdown in the second row to add another element to the Control Break.
28. In this example, we will choose Home Team.

32. When multiple assignors collaborate on assigning matches, the Assignor column shows who assigned which roles.
