22 STEPS

1. This tutorial demonstrates the use of the Full Access Mode toggle on various pages for Full-Access Administrators.

The purpose of the toggle is to filter out unnecessary items when performing assignor or competition admin tasks.

2. This toggle is only visible by Full Access Administrators. This tutorial reviews the pages where the Full Access Mode toggle is currently available. Additional pages will be added in the future.

Let's start with Competitions.

3. The Full Access Mode toggle is off by default.

When the toggle is off, Competitions will display when the admin is given access as a Competition Admin, a Competition Owner, or with Competition View.

4. Turn the toggle ON -- that is, to the right -- to view all Competitions in your account.

5. Let's look at the Matches page next.

Click Matches.

6. When the toggle is OFF on this page, Matches will only display where the user is a Competition Admin, a Competition Owner, has Competition View access, or is an Assignor.

7. When the toggle is ON, all matches in the account will display for active Competitions.

To narrow down your search, use the filters in the central area, the interactive menu under Actions, or the search bar.

8. Let's review the use of this toggle in the Assigning Workspace next. Click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the dropdown.

9. Click Assigning Workspace.

10. On the Matches side of the page, click the gear wheel to open the Match settings.

11. When the toggle is OFF, Competitions and Schedules will display and be available for selection where the user is a Competition Admin, a Competition Owner, has Competition View access, or is an Assignor.

12. When the toggle is ON, all Competitions and Schedules in the account will display and be available for selection.

13. Let's now review the Manage Match Reports page. Click the arrow next to Tools to expand the dropdown.

14. Click Manage Match Reports

15. When the toggle is OFF, the Match Reports where the user is a Competition Admin, a Competition Owner, has Competition View access, or is an Assignor are displayed and can be reviewed or actioned.

16. When the toggle is ON, all Match Reports in the account are displayed and can be reviewed or actioned. Use the filters in the center area, the interactive menu, or the search bar to narrow your search.

17. Let's now review the Match/Incident Report page. Click the arrow next to Reports to expand the dropdown.

18. Click Match/Incident Reports.

19. When the toggle is OFF, the Match/Incident Reports where the user is a Competition Admin, a Competition Owner, has Competition View access, or is an Assignor are displayed and can be reviewed.

20. When the toggle is ON, all Match/Incident Reports in the account are displayed and can be reviewed. Use the filters in the center area, the interactive menu, or the search bar to narrow your search.
