Using the Refresh icon in the Assigning Workspace

1. This tutorial demonstrates how to use the new Refresh button in the Assigning Workspace.

2. Click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow, then click Assigning Workspace

3. The Assigning Workspace sometimes holds onto older information for speed and efficiency.

This means recent updates you've made to match details, or changes that officials made to profile information (like their address) might not appear right away.

4. A Refresh button has now been added as an icon on the Matches side of the page.

Clicking this icon quickly updates your view with the latest information, ensuring you always see the most current details when making assignments.

5. Let's look at an example where the time is changed for a match. We'll change the kickoff time for Lakevi-U14-1029 from 9:00am to 9:15am. Click the Match Key.

6. Click Edit Match Record.

7. Click Time

8. Click 9:15am

9. Click Save Changes

10. Click Cancel

11. Click Cancel again to return to the Assigning Workspace.

12. The time still says 9:00am.

13. Click the Refresh Workspace Details button.

14. The updated match details now display.
