30 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows how to edit match details when changes to a match occur, such as date, time, location, or other items.
2. Click on Matches in the menu to be brought to the Matches list.
3. Use the Filters next to the list to narrow your search.
4. Click the Match Key column header and enter all or part of a Match Key to do a search within this column.
5. You can also type in all or part of a Match Key within the general search bar and click Go or press Enter to search for your match across the report.
6. When you have located your match, click the magnifying glass next to the match.
7. Current Match Details are listed at the top left of the page.
8. Click Edit Match Record to make changes.
9. Click the Calendar: Date icon to open the calendar.
10. Select the new date of the match. For this example, we are changing the date from January 23rd to January 30th, 2026.
11. Click the Time dropdown if you need to change the time of the match.
12. For this example, we will choose 7:00 pm.
The time you choose is always local. The time zone is connected to the time zone of the site location, which is stored in the master database.
13. Click the Home Team dropdown if you need to change the home team of this match.
14. The teams that display are the teams that are part of the Competition. Teams that are missing from the dropdown can be added if necessary in a separate step.
15. If you need to change the Away team, click the dropdown and select it.
16. If the Site of the match has changed, click the Site dropdown.
17. Type in your search term for the site or city to find the site in the master database.
18. For this example, the new site is Campbell Road Sports Park.
19. Since we changed the Site, we need to update the field name as well.
20. Click Field to expand the dropdown and view the verified field list for this site.
21. Click the relevant field name. New, verified fields can be added to the existing list.
22. Click Save Changes when finished
23. Click Cancel to return to the Match Details page.
24. The Site has been updated to Campbell Road Sports Park
25. All of our other updates now show on the Details page.
Any assigned or accepted officials will receive notifications of the changes.
26. Officials in accepted status will revert to assigned status and require them to re-accept their match, unless your administrator has turned off that setting at the Schedule level.
27. A Match Modification Log shows all modifications made to a match, as well as the name of the person who made the modification.
28. If officials are assigned to the match and you wish to email them, click Email Crew and compose your message. They will also receive a push notification through the app.
29. A Map of the updated site will display for you and the officials, with Directions available through the app.
