13 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows how to choose whether an administrator receives notifications for Override Requests for assigning rule violations.

2. This setting allows notifications for Override Requests to only be sent to full-access administrators responsible for this task, reducing confusion and unnecessary emails.

3. To access this setting, click Security.

4. Click Administrators

5. A list of administrators is displayed here. Administrators can either be Full Access or Regular Access.
Each assigning rule has their own settings for who can override it.
Override request notifications are only sent to Full Access administrators.

6. To filter for a specific Admin Type, click the Admin Type column header.
Let's filter only for users with Full Access, since they are the only people who would receive an override request notification.

7. A new column has been added to show who receives override requests.
The default setting is No, meaning you need to turn the setting on to have notifications go to the relevant full access administrators.

8. To change this setting, click the edit icon next to the person's name.

9. The toggle for Receive Override Requests (rule violations) is here.

10. Click the toggle to move it to the right for notifications to be sent to this administrator.

11. Click Save Changes

12. The setting now shows this administrator receives these override requests.

13. Thank you for watching the tutorial on how to choose whether a Full Access administrator receives notifications for Override Requests for assigning rule violations.
