1. This tutorial shows how to link assignments into a bundle.

A bundle is a set of assignments for the same day, at the same location, for one official.

Linking assignments forces the official to accept or decline all assignments within the bundle.

Step 1 image

2. To start, click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the dropdown.

Step 2 image

3. Click Assigning Workspace

Step 3 image

4. To maximize your view of the workspace, collapse the menu by clicking on the X at the top left of the page.

Step 4 image

5. Let's use the Lakeville Father's Day Cup as our example.

We'll begin by filtering the games occurring on a specific date. Click Actions to expand the dropdown menu.

Step 12 image

13. Now let's choose one location. Click the Location column header to see the locations for this date.

Step 13 image

14. We happen to have a crew assigned to Steve Michaud Park already, so let's see what other games are available at this location on this date to link them as a bundle.

Click Steve Michaud Park to set this filter.

Step 14 image

15. We can now easily see there is a match at the same location at 11:00am and want to copy this crew over to this match.

With your mouse, click the Copy Crew icon, then drag and drop it to any cell of the match.

Step 35 image

36. Click cancel to return to the previous page.

Step 36 image

37. You can either repeat these steps to release remaining bundles from here or go to the Release Assignments page to release them in bulk.

Step 37 image

38. Let's go back to the Assigning Workspace to see how linked assignments are represented.

Step 38 image

39. Assignments that are linked into a bundle have a links icon next to the person's name within the assigning workspace so they can be identified quickly.
