7. Let's start with Swap. All of these items use Drag & Drop Behavior.

8. Swap allows you to exchange entries of two cells. This item is convenient for swapping officials to different roles within a match, or swapping officials between matches.
Let's click and drag the 4th official and drop them to the AR2 position.

8b. Drop

9. The 4th official has now been swapped with AR2.

10. Swap is often used with the Copy Crew function.
Click and drag the Copy Crew icon, then drop it on any cell within the new match.

10b. Drop

11. Then swap officials to new positions within this second match. Here, we'll swap the 4th official and Referee.

11b. Drop

12. The Referee and 4th official have been swapped.

13. Now let's look at the Replace behavior.

14. Replace takes the selected entry and replaces the cell with that name.
With your mouse, click and drag Green, Kimberly, then drop it on the AR1 position.

14b. Drop

15. We replaced AR1 and the AR2 position is now blank.

16. Now we can assign a new person to the AR2 position.

17. Now let's look at the Copy behavior.

18. Copy leaves the person in the original cell and copies them to a new cell. Here, we are copying AR1 to a Referee position for a different match.

18b. Drop

19. Let's do the same with the 4th official of an earlier match and copy them to the AR2 position of our current match.

19b. Drop

20. Now we can fill in the remaining positions with other selections.

24. Note these examples have everyone in Tentative status.
If the old assignments were in assigned status, swapping them will put the new assignments in tentative status.
If the old assignment was in accepted status, it will change it to revoked.
