1. This tutorial shows officials how to access the US College Club Soccer Referee Handbook and the external Match Report link.
The external Match Report link is used to check in players and team officials, and to complete the postgame match report.
2. Access useful links for specific accounts through the home page.
3. Under the Associations section, click the magnifying glass next to the relevant account.
US College Club Soccer is within the U.S. Soccer Association.
4. All Useful Links for this association are listed here.
5. Click the magnifying glass next to US College Club Soccer Referee Handbook to access this document.
6. A new tab opens with the handbook displayed.
You can download the document if you wish, or search within it.
7. Let's go back to Ref Insight now to see where to access the Match Report link.
Go back to the Ref Insight app or to the Account tab if you are using a web browser.
8. To access the external Match Report link, click Assignments.
9. Since this assignment is Today, the assignment will appear here as well as under the Accepted tab.
10. Click the orange icon to go into this match, where various actions can be done.
11. Assignment Details are at the top.
12. Scroll to the bottom of the page for Site Details, to connect to Google Maps, Contact the Assignor, or to Contact your crew.
Contact Crew has the option to include the Assignor.
13. Click Match Report (External) to access the link input by Competition Administrators.
For this example, the link brings you to the US College Club Soccer Match Officials reporting app.
14. See the Referee Handbook for instructions on creating an account on the Match Officials app.
The link to your match is used to check in players and team officials before the match, and to complete the postgame report after the match.
15. That's it. You're done!
